Mission Statement

The Independent Bar Association of Utah is a not for profit organization committed to educating and supporting pro se litigants in navigating the Utah state judicial system. We provide a platform for individuals to share experiences, access legal resources, and gain the knowledge needed to represent themselves on court effectively. Our mission is to promote equal access to justice, empower self-represented litigants, and foster a community dedicated to fairness, transparency, and legal understanding

Did you know that many individuals are unaware of their legal rights and are disadvantaged in various situations. At 'Independent Bar Association of Utah', we are passionate about helping people understand and exercise their legal rights, whether that be in housing, employment, or the justice system. We aim to provide accessible, comprehensive resources and advocacy services that bridge the knowledge gap and empower individuals to stand up for their rights.
